Life Science – Legal Consultancy to Pharmaceutical Companies

The Firm has particular expertise in life science and dealing with a wide range of legal issues in connection with the life science industry. We advise pharmaceutical, bio-tech and medical device companies including some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world in their business activities in Israel.

We handle legal matters in connection with clinical trials either initiated by commercial companies or investigator initiated study programs (IISP) including drafting and negotiating clinical trials agreements, advising on compliance with Israeli laws, regulations and directives governing clinical trials, including patient’s rights and insurance requirements for clinical trials.

We handle transactions of all sizes and complexities: construction contracts, lease, rent, sale of assets, projects and purchase groups agreements and representation in projects of NOP 38.
