Maya specializes in non-marine insurance, reinsurance and corporate law with emphasis on directors & officers liability insurance and cyber insurance.

Maya regularly consults on financial institutions matters, including D&O liability claims, major class and derivative actions and other complicated liability insurance cases and has been involved in many of the complex D&O cases litigated in the Israeli Economic Affairs Court.

Maya has considerable experience in drafting policy wordings specifically designated to the Israeli market in all areas of insurance and is regularly providing advice to Re/Insurers regarding wording amendments. She has been extensively involved in regulatory proceedings with the Commissioner of Insurance and in consulting insurers and reinsurers on various aspects of Israeli insurance business.

Maya also acts as a monitor counsel and incident manager on behalf of most of the cyber insurers active in the Israeli market and has unique expertise in this field.
