Karen, born in Canada and raised in California, USA, holds a B.A. (Political Science) from UC San Diego and The London School of Economics, a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and an MBA (Health Care Management) from Kiryat Ono College.

Karen is a member of the Israel Bar since 1997, and the New York Bar since 1996.
Karen is a member of our Corporate Practice, and Head of our Biomed/Pharma Department.

Karen has broad experience in contracts, corporate and commercial law, venture capital, M&A transactions and public offerings (Nasdaq).  Karen has special expertise in health care related matters, including clinical trials, data and material transfer transactions, technology transfer/licensing, grants and research collaboration projects.

Karen advises clients in the health care/pharma sectors on a wide range of aspects relating to contractual, commercial, regulatory, ethical and practical aspects of their activities, including in connection with clinical trials in Israel.
